Pricing

Clients who use our outsourced transcription service save between approximately 10% and 40% compared with when they operate in-house transcription. This excludes any savings from management time, indirect costs and improved productivity for professionals from higher quality documents. With our service, you only pay for each word typed. Professional transcripts such as letters and medical reports are charged on a per page, per line or per word rate.

Generally our long term clients prefer pricing as a "per line rate" as it provides simplified billing and a transparent method by which they can pass on transcription costs as an incidental to their business. Verbatim transcripts from research interviews are charged on a per audio hour rate.

Our Coding, Billing and AR services are available on the best of the prices in the industry. We work on mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

The demands of each of our client is very different and the most common turnaround times are detailed as follow

Warranties

We warrant that we provide high quality transcribed documents. In the event that you are unhappy with the quality of your transcription, we will address your concerns free of charge.

However, this warranty is void if we decline to accept your job for any reason (we will tell you immediately upon receiving the audio) or in the event of significant disruption to the Internet at either our site or elsewhere.

We make you sure of that our Coding and Billing services are the best in the industry in terms of quality and prices both. We guarantee you of the highest level of quality and secracy of the data processed.
